Warranty Information and Policies

All units for sale on this website are covered by a 90
days warranty from date of purchase.

If a unit fails within 90 days of purchase date, the customer
should first call Wheelchair Electronics Repair. If the unit is
found to need return, send the unit back to the address that
will be supplied with the unit with a copy of their receipt.

Customer pays to ship to Wheelchair Electronics Repair and
we will pay return shipping from the repair shop.

Physical damage, abuse or liquid spilled on or inside unit
causing malfunction or outside damage is not covered
under this warranty. Missing parts are not covered.

If the unit is found not repairable, Wheelchair Electronics
Repair will refund the cost of the unit.

Shipping costs of the unit to Wheelchair Electronics Repair
from the customer are not refundable.

Warranty update 10/2/2014

We only ship units to the continental United States of America.
Any units shipped out of the USA by a third party voids the
warranty and we are not responsible for those units.

We will not refund units that are not shipped back to us.
Customer must pay for return shipping of unit to
Wheelchair Electronics Repair.

This is the complete warranty, there is no other warranty
coverage expressed or implied.

There is a 20% restocking fee for units returned not defective.
Shipping costs paid when the unit was ordered is not refundable.
Units returned not defective must be in same physical condition
with no missing parts for arefund or to be covered under warranty.
Non-defective units returned for refunds must be returned within 14
days of receiving unit.

Repair Estimates

Any equipment sent in for repair will be considered abandoned if now paid for within 30 days of estimate given and will be discarded or used for parts.
